Lucrative list building is the only list building I do.

Actually, when I got started list building, it was not all that lucrative. But I have cracked the code to lucrative list building.

How do I do it?

One of the most important things in list building is building a relationship with your subscribers.

So many people online build a list, then send that list tons of junk each month. Are they building a relationship? Of course not. Are they building a lucrative list? Of course not.

You have to build a relationship with your subscribers. You have to give them value, they have to want to learn more from you.

You have to send your subscribers quality information. You cannot send them junk and expect to build a relationship.

Teach them what you know. Teach them how to do something worthwhile in your niche area.

They will reward you by buying from you in the future. Trust me, it just works. I have heard it called the law of reciprocity. Whatever it is called, it works.

You see, at the time of this writing I have 7000+ subscribers on my active list. I have developed a relationship with them - communicating my very best information with them. They reward me by spending their money with me, instead of some of the other internet marketing coaches online.

So you must build a relationship with your subscribers online. You have to give them what they need, let them know you are available if they have questions - and give them more than they can ever give back!

That is how you do lucrative list building!
